BEFORE THE TRIP
- Book your flight:
- Choose your destination and travel dates.
- Search for airlines offering flights to this destination.
- Compare flight prices and schedules.
- Book your flight online or through a travel agency.
- Prepare your documents:
- Make sure you have a valid identity card or passport if you are travelling abroad.
- Check the visa requirements for your destination.
- Print your plane ticket or make sure you have it on your mobile phone.
📱 Tip: You can use the digital version of your boarding pass if the airline accepts it. It’s convenient and faster!
- Pack your bags:
- Check your airline’s baggage weight and size restrictions to avoid paying extra fees.
- Pack your bags and don’t forget the items prohibited in the cabin (liquids over 100 ml, sharp objects, flammable substances and other potentially dangerous items).

AT THE AIRPORT
- Arrive early:
- Plan to arrive at the airport at least two hours before your flight’s departure for domestic flights, and at least three hours for international flights.
- Register:
- Head to your airline’s check-in counter.
- Please present your passport and plane ticket.
- Check in your luggage if necessary.
Many airlines now offer online check -in , allowing you to avoid queues at the airport. Check if this option is available for your flight and take advantage of it if possible.
After check-in, you will receive a boarding pass including your seat number.
- Security :
- Go through security.
- Remove your metal objects, your belt, sometimes your shoes, before going through the scanner.

ON BOARD THE PLANE
- Boarding :
- Wait for the announcement to board your flight.
- Present your boarding pass and ID to the staff at the boarding gate.
Be aware that if your luggage does not comply with the rules set by the company (dimensions/weight), then you risk being penalized and having to pay an excess (which can quickly become very expensive).
- Please take a seat:
- Find your seat based on the number shown on your boarding pass.
- Store your hand luggage in the compartments provided for this purpose.
- During the flight:
- Fasten your seatbelt when prompted.
- Follow the instructions of the cabin crew.
- Enjoy the flight by relaxing, reading or watching a movie.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL
- Landing:
- Wait for the cabin crew to announce disembarkation.
- Follow the instructions to exit the aircraft in an orderly manner.
- Baggage claim:
- Head to the baggage carousel to collect your checked baggage.
- Check that the labels match your flight.
- Airport exit:
- Follow the signs to find the airport exit.
- Depending on your destination, you will be required to undergo an identity check and/or a customs check.
- If you are expected, look for the person or transfer service that was scheduled.
