Pineapple makes me happy in winter. Just one ingredient that can charge a morning smoothie breakfast for good and the tropics. Otherwise, we supplement it with seasonal. Fresh fruits, in winter – frozen berries and herbs.
Pineapple + greens
1/3 pineapple
1/2 green apple or banana
large handful of spinach or kale (2-3 handfuls if you like greens)
1-2 cm ginger root

1/4-1/3 pineapple
1.5 cups strawberries (frozen in season is great!)
slice of lemon
Pineapple+celery
1/3 pineapple
2 celery stalks
pulp of 1/2 lemon without zest
Antioxidant Pineapple
1/3 pineapple
1/2 tsp turmeric
water to desired consistency
2 tbsp flax seed
2 tbsp coconut shavings
Green pineapple + coconut
5 kale leaves (spinach, chard)
1 banana
1/2 apple
100 ml coconut milk
ice
dry ginger and a small pinch of salt to taste
“Yogurt” from pineapple and avocado
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 avocado
a little honey if you need sweetness
water to desired consistency
